Belvedere Restaurant offers a typical Piedmontese menu with a particular attention to the ingredients and the tradition, everything served in a nice and panoramic dining rooms overlooked on Langa and Roero hills.
The typical Belvedere cuisine directly takes care of the fresh pasta: ravioli del plin, tajarin and potato gnocchi are prepared selecting the raw ingredients to assure the best quality.

The fritto misto alla piemontese of Belvedere Restaurant is almost a ritual that ends with the sweet part: Piedmontese amaretti biscuits, apple, sweet semolina.
From Belvedere you enjoy a panoramic view on Langhe and Roero.
Tasting the typical Piedmontese cuisine with the perfect view helps the body and also the soul.
The large restaurant windows overlook on the hills, cultivated with vineyards and on the valleys where the precious Alba white truffle grows.
From the balcony it is possible to admire view on other villages of Roero area: Santo Stefano Roero, Monteu Roero, Montaldo Roero, Guarene, Vezza d’Alba up to the first Langhe hills. When it is clear you can look at the Alps and Monviso skyline.

The restaurant menu is large, we propose:
- Carne di fassone battuta a coltello (raw meat) with Parmigiano chips.
- Hand and homemade Tajarin with meat sauce
- Hand and homemade Tajarin with Alba white truffle (in Autumn)
- Hand and homemade Tajarin with black truffle (in season)
- Hand and home made Ravioli del plin with roast sauce.
- Potato Gnocchi with Castelmagno or Blu del Moncenisio cheese.
- Fritto misto alla piemontese (mixed Piedmontese fried)
- Stracotto di vitello (beef) with vegetables.
- Bunet at amaretti biscuits
All the Belvedere courses are served with the famous Langa and Roero wines:

The restaurant menu is à la carte, with some ingredients and the recipes variations according to the seasons and due to the continuous search for fresh and seasonal products.
A second dining room has been created from the old cellar in the basement.
Smaller and more characteristic, this room is a location of other times where you can still smell the must to ferment.
